Responsibilities:
*) Responsible for the recruitment, employee relations, training and other HR work of the supported department.
*) Responsible for the coordination and maintenance of relations with various departments in HQ.
*) Other personnel administration related work.
Key Factor:
• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in human resources, psychology, administration and management;
• more than six years of HR work experience, with HRBP work experience preferred;
• clear thinking, good interpersonal communication and coordination skills;
